Payment Methods
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Delta and Maestro. Cheques will only be accepted for group bookings (payable To Preston Guild Hall Ltd) and must be covered by a guarantee card, with the card details written on the reverse, along with the address of the card holder and card expiry date.
Exchanges & Refunds
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the event of a cancellation the face value of the tickets will be refunded only.
Children
Babes in arms (children under 2 years of age) shall be admitted free of charge to those shows they may attend (children’s shows and pantomimes only) unless there is a pre-school price or unless a show decides otherwise. Children (ages 2 to 15 inclusive) shall require their own ticket which shall be at full ticket price if no child concessions are available at the time of purchase.
Children aged 14 or under will not be allowed entry to the event unless they are supervised (for the duration of the event) by a parent or guardian. Supervision of such children shall be by no less than 1 adult per 10 children. The management will require parents/supervisors to remove children if, in their opinion, they are causing a disturbance.
Parking
The pay and display multi storey car park above the Central Bus Station provides direct, covered pedestrian access to the venue from Level 1. There are two entrances to the Car Park, one just off Lords Walk (PR1 1DT) and the other near the Holiday Inn hotel (PR1 3AU).

The car park offers designated disabled parking on levels one and two.
- Level one – 7 spaces
- Level two – 9 spaces
Disabled drivers should display their valid blue badge correctly and park in designated disabled bays only. Parking with a blue badge is limited to 3 hours and the time clock must be set to the time of arrival. Blue badge holders can park for longer than the 3 hour limit but must pay for the additional time. If parking for 5 hours a 2 hour pay and display ticket should be purchased (or pay via cashless alternative) and the time clock should then be set for the expiry time of the paid for parking session.

Booking Fee
In line with legislation, all prices shown in this brochure are inclusive of a booking fee, up to a maximum of £2.50 per ticket.
